MONSA® DCG-30 is a kind of surfactant which is synthesized by the reaction of fatty acid extracted from coconut oil with glutamic acid salt disodium cocoyl glutamate. It is a natural mild surfactant with good cleansing foaming and moisturizing properties.
Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate is usually white powder solid which has good solubility in water, making it easy to use in liquid detergents and cleaning products. It is stable over a wide pH range, suitable for different cosmetic formulations. As a cleaning agent, it is widely used in shampoos. And when it is used as an emulsifier in personal care products such as body wash cleansers to help mix oil and water, it can greatly improve product stability and safety, since it is generally considered gentle and safe.
